We use your information to process and fulfil bookings, communicate booking confirmations and updates, process payments and refunds, improve our services and user experience, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Information Sharing
We share your information only with trusted service providers necessary to deliver our services: payment processors for transaction processing, assigned chauffeurs for pickup coordination, and email services for booking notifications. All service providers are bound by data processing agreements.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for site functionality, including locale preferences and authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may manage cookie settings through your browser.
Data Retention
We retain booking and payment records for the period required by South African tax and financial regulations. Guest access tokens expire automatically after the booking service window ends. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

Under POPIA, you have the right to access your personal information, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements), object to processing of your data, and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
